Skills Community Housing offers supported housing services and life skills for adults with complex needs.
We are a housing provider supporting some of the most vulnerable people in our communities to find a safe, secure place to call home. Self-contained flats and en-suite bedrooms within shared homes.
All of our properties benefit from 24/7 care and support, ensuring that every tenant has access to the assistance they need to develop and maintain their independence, build confidence, and live as independently as possible.
Our housing services are available to adults over the age of 18 who are living with learning difficulties, autism, mental health challenges or physical disabilities.

"A young man with autism, arrived at Vale House having lived with his parents till he was 18. He had done very little for himself and benefitted from our step-by-step independence coaching, which included structured routines and budgeting assistance. Today he manages all daily life jobs and we help him to create a regular cleaning routine in his home with personal hygiene prompts. He has an appointee to manage his financial affairs and has been supported to find volunteer work at a local food bank."
