Skills Community Housing offers supported housing services and life skills for adults with complex needs.
We are a housing provider helping the most vulnerable find a home (either a self-contained flat or ensuite bedroom within a home shared with others). All our properties have 24/7 care provided ensuring tenants get the support they need to develop & maintain their independence.
Our housing services are available to adults over the age of 18 who are living with learning difficulties, autism, mental health challenges or physical disabilities.

Gym progress for tenants at Wade Court
